1. How do I sign up on MyBestPlay?
Signing up is free and you need little information to do it. You only need three minutes. To start click here Link a here
I haven’t received the email to confirm my registration. What may the problem be?
Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the steps to follow in order to activate your Account.
If you haven’t received that email after signing up, please send us another email: inquiries@mybestplay.com . Write “Account validation” on the subject, include your email address and the key with which you signed up, on the body message.
You just have to click here to ask for the key to be sent by email.
3. How do I modify the information on my sport profile?
You have to access your ACCOUNT with your user’s name and password
You can modify all your personal information and sport résumé as many times as you want; you can include photos, videos and also modify them. Remember that this service "IS FREE"

5. Where can I check the state of my candidacies?
MyBestPlay doesn’t offer this function yet. If you haven’t received any answer, it may be because your profile doesn’t adjust to what they look for or maybe the club hasn’t considered your profile yet.
6. How do I upload a photo on my sport profile?
It takes only two easy steps:
1. Access your Account on MyBestPlay and click on the section: MY PICTURES
2. You will find a BROUSE button; click there and you’ll be able to upload a photo from your computer. Take into account it has to be a JPEG photo, with a reasonable resolution.
If you cannot upload the photo, we ask you to send it to us to the following email inquiries@mybestplay.com and we’ll do it for you.
7. How do I upload a video on my sport profile?
It only takes five easy steps:
1- To start the process you need to have an account on www.youtube.com , if you don’t have it yet Click here, and complete all the personal information YouTube asks you for.
2- Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation from YouTube; then you’ll be able to upload all the sport videos you have on your YouTube account.
3- Access your Account on MyBestPlay and click on the section: MY VIDEOS
4- Write the url of each video you have on YouTube. You can publish up to three videos of 2-3 minutes long, as we recommend.
5- You can already see the videos you have uploaded on your profile on My Best Play!!!
About YouTube: It is a FREE website, where you can upload the videos you want (2-5 minutes long) from your personal account. www.youtube.com

8. How can I contact a player, agent or club?
To contact agents and clubs you need to have an account. If you don’t have it yet, we remind you that signing up is free and that you only need little information to do it. It only takes three minutes.

If you are a registered user on MyBestPlay, you have to access your Account with your user’s name. To start making use of the contact tool in your Account, click on MyBestPlay’s logo (in the upper part of the web) which will take you to the “home” page; click on SEARCH FOR CLUB and AGENTS and you’ll see all the profiles; take a look at the profile that interests you and you’ll see how to make contact with the user.
You need to bear in mind that agents will receive information on your profile (if you have a well developed sport profile, there’ll be more possibilities for people to contact you). With regard to clubs, you just need to send them an email if they have published an offer that adjusts to your profile (please don’t send emails to promote yourself; it is not convenient in most cases: people will look for the profile they need, according to what they see on your sport profile)
9. I’ve sent emails to some users and they haven’t answered. What is going on?
MyBestPlay does not get involved in the communication among users, though we help them make the contacts. If you’ve sent an email but haven’t received any answer, please send us another email inquiries@mybestplay.com . Write “I have no asnwers” in the subject, and tell us who you’ve tried to contact and hasn’t answered yet. Our team will work so that you can get an answer.
